GUARANTEE/PAYMENT POLICY:

When fully booked Non-guaranteed bookings may be cancelled no later than 2pm the day prior to arrival.

In order to guarantee the reservation, please fax or email the pro-forma invoice with proof of payment back to us. Should we not receive payment by the stipulated date, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Should you wish to cancel your booking, please contact the hotel directly or send an e-mail requesting the cancellation in writing.
Non-guaranteed Reservations made on the day of arrival will be released by 14:00 when fully booked.
In the event of a late cancellation for guaranteed booking one night’s accommodation and P10 tourism levy.
28 – 15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the total B&B portion for the period booked will be charged.
14 – 01 days prior to arrival – 80% of the total B&B portion for the period booked will be charged.

In the event of no-shows or premature departures, we will be obliged to charge for the full extent of the pre-booked stay.
